Gertie’s First Week

She’s Only 8 Weeks Old… But Already Dreaming Big 🐶
On her first day at Golden Home Management, Gertie showed up early (okay, we carried her), made strong eye contact (with her breakfast), and immediately brought a sense of warmth and joy to the office. She’s officially joined us as a “Barketing Intern”, and her goal? To earn her way to the C-suite.

Her Role? Being a Real-Life Reminder of What Home Feels Like 🏡
At GHM, we don’t just fix things. We believe in long-term relationships built on hospitality, trust, and being there in a time of need—whether it’s a wobbly doorknob or a full kitchen remodel. Gertie is here to help us show that side of our brand through her eyes (and yes, those big golden paws).

What She’s Already Learning in Week 1 📓
So far, she’s:
• Sat through a team meeting (and licked someone’s elbow)
• Learned how to politely greet clients (we’re working on not jumping)
• Been introduced to our seasonal maintenance rhythms, customer service standards, and the importance of doing the right thing—every time.
